In order to vote on the Will of the People Project’s (WPP) site in the People’s Referendum of the Byron Shire that begins on 3 November 2009, you must be at least 18 years of age and a current resident of the Byron Shire, NSW Australia.

You may register only once on the WPP site and vote only once in the People’s Referendum, but you may change your vote at any time.

A statistical identity check will be implemented after each result to calculate the error margin that could invalidate the results.
