Our Housing Crisis

due to Local Council closures of affordable options

currently existing in our Byron Shire

It's time our 'government' realised that current housing standards are not working. Tens of thousands of Australians are homeless as a result. And, they have no where to go, other than tents, or caravan parks, or living in the garages of kind relatives and friends. We need to find more effective more sustainable more environmently friendly living spaces for Australians. And to do this we have to actually try new ideas out! We need to try living differently, more realistically, more economically, more sustainably.

Our 'government' needs to recognise this enormous housing problem and that research needs to proceed immediately to provide more effective, sustainable, environmentally friendly housing. One of the best ways for this to occur is to let people trialling new ways of living, have their sovereign rights which local administrative law, is attempting withhold. It's time for a change. It's time for the people to demand our sovereign rights, to use and build on our own land as we see fit for our future, without discrimination and interference from local authorities. In this way, we can forge ahead in developing affordable eco-friendly living spaces for the Future.
